It was good but too expensive for soup sandwich and drink. 15 Dollars could have got me a steak dinner.

I first fell in love with Potbelly sandwiches in Washington, D.C. I am glad I can now get anytime! The Wreck is my favorite sanwich, but I haven't found anything on their menu I didn't like.

Well run facility and clean; guest service was good; sandwich was inconsistent. The ordering flow was awkward, make sure to walk straight to the back. The price was higher than the value received. TLDR: Would go again every month or two.

Pot Belly sandwich shop in Omaha was new to me. Coming from Colorado, we do not have these, so I thought I would try it because I was craving a good roast beef sandwich. The facility was nice and the employees were very pleasant. I ordered the roast beef and provolone sandwich and found it lacking in the quantity of meat. The bread was very good, but had I known, I would have ordered extra meat (though it would have been $2 more). Anyway, the experience was fine and the flavors were good, though I mostly tasted bread, mayo, and lettuce.

Tried this place for the first time and went with the prime rib sandwich. It was outstanding. I'm pretty sure I had a dream about it.

They have good sandwiches and soup. They also have salads, chips, shakes, and smoothies.

Good sandwich, had a pizza sandwich, next time would get extra cheese, no mushrooms.. Mac and cheese was a little too saucy, but good, noodles weren't over cooked.

Absolutely love this place. From the awesome decor to the friendly staff and delicious food, this is definitely my favorite sandwich shop. There's a lot to choose from and for sides, the mac n cheese is to die for. Seriously the best ever. Haven't been on a day they have live music, but know there is a mini stage/performance area set up in the dining area.

Was pleasantly surprised by this place. Employees were kind and helpful with explaining the food and ordering process. Food was good. Malt was malty. Will definitely return!

A very large salad at a great price. Also can add or subtract items. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 only because the grilled chicken breast is served very cold and not hot which I think would make the salad even better. Customers should be offered to have there chicken heated... I never would have thought it would come cold..

Great Sandwiches but my favorite was the mint chocolate cookie made with Andes mints!!! Yummy

I've been a faithful customer of the original Potbelly in Chicago since way back when it was still a sole proprietor shop. I'm surprised that many don't know how good their sandwiches are. My fave has always been Italian with everything minus mayo. Just wish they opened a shop in west Omaha.

Quick in and out service

Not gonna lie. It's been awhile since I have visited because I moved states but, when I did visit the food was great and the staff was friendly and helpful as well.

It was good....we got the pick 2 and the sandwich was smallish but filling

So delicious. This place is way better than your average subway. The prices are great, and there's a ton of options.
